cards

I've finally put some of my vintage postcards to use and made some new cards for my folksy shop
Part of me can't bear to cut them up and another part of me loves that they have been reused and made into something entirely different. I've made a few each of mother's day cards and birthday cards:

I have hundreds of buttons lined up, sorted and stacked waiting to be put onto wire stems for bouquets for me and my bridesmaids:

pretty flowers, pretty palette

When my friend was visiting at the weekend she bought me some flowers. At the time they were just closed up buds but now they have now come out and they are ever so pretty.
They deserved a palette, which I think turned out some lovely colours when combined together:
